To provide a scroll compressor having a structure to arrange a first entrance exit pipe, a second entrance exit pipe and an oil returning passage to prevent oil rise and to improve efficiency.

The scroll compressor 1 is constituted by respectively connecting the first entrance exit pipe 14 and the second entrance exit pipe 15 to a closed container 1a on the side of a main frame 4 of a motor chamber 6a and forming the oil returning passage 4b from a bearing to the motor chamber 6a on a back surface of the main frame 4 and an outer peripheral oil passage 6c communicated to the side of a sub frame of the motor chamber 6a on an outer peripheral part of a stator 6b of a motor 6. The first entrance exit pipe 14 and the second entrance exit pipe 15 are arranged in a truncated chevron shape at specified angles and respective connecting positions of the first entrance exit pipe 14 and the second entrance exit pipe 15 are made the farthest on opposite sides of each other with a shaft 9 between them.
