Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of reducing vibration and abnormal noise from the scroll compressor by suppressing transmission of the vibration from a main bearing to a housing.SOLUTION: A transverse scroll motor compressor 1 according to the present invention includes: an oil reservoir 13 temporarily storing lubricant separated from refrigerant passing through a compression mechanism 20; and oil return channels 15 and 24 returning the lubricant stored in the oil reservoir 13 to upstream of the compression mechanism 20. A main bearing 35 is fitted into a holding surface 14a of an inner housing 14 by clearance fit, and the lubricant stored in the oil reservoir 13 is supplied to a fitted area via the oil return channels 15 and 24.
