Abstract:
To provide a scroll pump capable of preventing characteristics from being degraded due to abutment or sliding between a movable blade and a stationary blade and of attaining good characteristics by reducing a clearance between the blades.
At sections other than the movable blade 9 of a movable scroll 10 mounted on a driving shaft 4 of a motor 2 and the stationary blade 13 of a stationary scroll 14 mounted on a housing 3 fixed on the motor 2, sliding sections 19 are provided for determining the oscillating radius D of the movable scroll 10 by a contact with each other prior to the contact of the movable blade 9 with the stationary blade 13.
