Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a scroll type compressor capable of securing a stable action of a check valve.
CONSTITUTION: On a retainer 62 constituting a free type check value provided on a discharge port 15, a back pressure port 60a one end of which is opened to a retainer surface where valve bodies are accumulates and the other end of which is communicated to a discharge chamber 43 is provided. Consequently, when a compressor part 6 stops driving, discharge pressure inside of the discharge chamber 43 is applied to the back surface of a valve body 63 of the check valve 42 attached on the retainer surface, instantly separates the valve body 63 from the retainer surface and makes the valve body 63 carry out a closing action.
