To enhance machining precision of a drive shaft and workability during machining and to improve productivity by situating an eccentric cylinder body on the end part side of the drive shaft separately.
A drive shaft 10 is rotatably situated in a casing 1 and an eccentric cylinder body 14 is fixed in a whirl-stop state on the end part side of the drive shaft 10. A revolving scroll 5 is rotatably coupled to the outer peripheral side of the eccentric cylinder body 14 through a swing bearing 15 and the revolving scroll 5 is situated in a state to be positioned eccentrically by a distance equivalent to a size δ of the eccentric cylinder body 1 from a fixed scroll 4. As a result, its shape is simplified by forming the whole of the drive shaft 10 in a coaxial state, the drive shaft 10 is capable of being easily machined with high precision, and the turning radius of the revolving scroll 5 is accurately set according to the size δ of the eccentric cylinder body 14.
