Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal replacing method and a seal replacing device capable of easily performing replacement of a seal for sorting machinery attached to a support shaft of a rotation device from lubrication oil.SOLUTION: A seal replacing method includes: machinery instrument removing process of removing precision machinery from a center shaft; a drawing jig attaching process of attaching a drawing jig having a through-hole through which a connecting screw to be driven into seal is penetrated and making the through-hole opposite to the seal; a screw connecting process of striking the connecting screw into the seal and making the seal and the connecting screw into a connection state; a seal removing process of moving the drawing jig in the axial direction of a main shaft, separating the drawing jig from the main shaft and pulling out the seal connected with the connecting screw; and a seal pressing-in process of pressing-in a new seal between the main shaft and a center shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23
