To provide sealed booklet-like printed matter which is sent as it is and simply opened by cutting along unsealing perforations by a customer who receives the printed matter.

This booklet-like printed matter has face and back covers and a plurality of sheets bound together by a binding part at one of the edges. A sealing piece is formed by extending either of the face or back cover outwardly by a specified size at the opposite side edge to the binding part through the unsealing perforations and bonded at a bonding part by folding the sealing piece to the other cover side outer face at the perforations. Thus the opposite side edge to the binding part is sealed so that it is openable.
