PURPOSE: To obtain an energy conserving type sealing apparatus simple in equipment and having no dynamic part, by providing a receiving stand also used as an adhesive emitting port in an openable and closable hermetically closed container, which connects a vacuum or gas introducing line and an adhesive supply line, in a detachable manner.
CONSTITUTION: The hollow yarn bundles 7 held in a cylindrical case 6 are set to the receiving stand 9 also used as the adhesive injection port in a hermetically closed container 8 in a vertical direction. The hermetically closed container 8 is hermetically closed while a valve 3 is closed and an adhesive storage tank 12 is filled with a necessary amount of an adhesive. The whole of the apparatus is evacuated to an almost vacuum state by a pump 15 to be allowed to stand to remove air bubbles in the adhesive. Next, a valve 4 is opened for a definite time to introduce the open air into an adhesive line and the valve 3 is opened. At the point of time when a definite amount of the adhesive is injected in the yarn bundle end part and the inner end surface of the cylindrical case, the valve 3 is closed to be allowed to stand. Whereupon, the adhesive is uniformly flowed in the case 6 and defoamed. Subsequently, the hermetically closed container 8 is released and the receiving stand 9 is detached while the cylindrical case 6 and the yarn bundles 7 are set and the bottom part nozzle of the receiving stand 9 is sealed while the case 6 and the yarn bundles 7 are transferred to an adhesive curing process.
