SOLUTION: A lifting piece 3 for lifting up a forward folded seat back 1 is provided, and the base end 31 is fixed to a seat back frame 4. The lifting piece 3 is sewed on a sewing part 531 for seat back covers 53A, 53B positioned on the front edge of a housing recess 12 on the back surface of the seat back 1, and it is extended outward through the sewing part 531.
