Title:
SEAT CUSHION BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3765871
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seat performance from degradation and improve durability by fixely embedding a pressure sensitive conductor body in a predetermined position of an interface between an upper layer pad and lower layer pad and forming the body unitedly with the interface.
SOLUTION: A seat cushion body 1 laminates an upper layer pad 2 performed into a predetermined shape in a lower layer pad 3, while fixedly bonding a pressure sensitive conductor body 6 over the whole region of an interface 51 located on the lower part of a seat surface through an adhesive layer 7. The material of the upper layer pad 2 and lower layer pad 3 are suited for soft polyurerthane foam. Also, preferably the thickness of the upper layer pad is set to 10mm or more and the thickness ratio of the upper layer pad to the lower layer pad is 1:6-1:1. Also, the pressure sensitive conductor body to be embedded is inserted tin the interface between the upper layer pad molded by cutting a slab foam and the lower layer pad previously foam molded by a mold when they are adhered to each other by adhesives.
