Abstract:
PURPOSE: To properly support the upper body of a seated crew by means of a seat back even if the seat back is placed in any position out of a plurality of places at different tilt angles.
CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with an upper seat back shape changing means 20A, which is accommodated in the seat back 2, and causes deformation by the partial advance/retreat of at least the upper front, of the seat back 2, and an action control means 50, which controls the action of the upper seat back shape changing means 20A, according to the operation of a reclining mechanism.
