Abstract:
The arrangement has a film resistor (2) that is mounted in a support (3) i.e. hollow body. The support is sealed against a shield (4a) or a housing (4b) that is tightly connected to an exhaust pipe or an exhaust gas recirculation pipe. The support and the shield or the housing are sealed at a distance against each other radially outside the exhaust pipe or the recirculation pipe. The film resistor is protruded in the exhaust pipe or the recirculation pipe. Electrical lines for the resistor are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the support. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a measuring device (2) a method for self cleaning of a hot film anemometer (3) a method for manufacturing a hot film anemometer.
