Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle for which the terminal processing of a facing material is suitably performed without using a stable, a terminal processing method for the seat for the vehicle, and a tool used in the terminating process of the seat for the vehicle.
SOLUTION: The seat S for the vehicle is provided with a bottom plate 30 and covered with the facing material 10. A projection 32 passing through the terminal area 10a of the facing material 10 is provided on the back surface side of the bottom plate 30 and the tip part of the projection 32 is deformed by being melted and pressurized. Between the back surface of the bottom plate 30 and the deformed part 32a of the projection 32, the passed-through part of the terminal area 10a of the facing material 10 is clamped.
