Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain elimination of foreign material presence feeling, shock resistance, improvement of reliability of seating detection, simplification of a signal processing circuit, and reduction of a cost.
SOLUTION: A device comprises a seat cushion C1 having a bottom surface in the downward of a seating surface to have a hollow C1a opened to a reverse surface of the seating surface, flexible sheet-shaped pressure sensing switch PSS stored in a bottom of the hollow C1a to interpose a conductor 1a, 3a contacting/separating in accordance with deflection of a film between the upper/ lower flexible films 1 and 3, and a closed unit C2 stored into contact with a lower surface of the switch PSS to close the hollow C1a with elasticity provided. C1, C2 are urethane foam. The film 1, 3 is polyethylene naphthalate and/or polyethylene telephthalate.
