PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an exact estimation of a deterioration state corresponding to a use history of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: The secondary battery control system includes: a data storage part 41 acquiring and storing use history data of a battery 1, which is a secondary cell, including a current and a voltage of the battery 1 corresponding to use time of the battery 1; a data selection part 42 selecting data in a predetermined range from the use history data stored in the data storage part 41; an internal deterioration parameter calculation part 43 calculating an internal deterioration parameter corresponding to deterioration states of a capacity and an internal resistor of the battery 1 on the basis of the data selected by the data selection part 42; and a deterioration state estimation part 46 estimating a deterioration state of the battery 1 on the basis of the internal deterioration parameter calculated by the internal deterioration parameter calculation part 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
