PURPOSE: To confirm the operation state of the load such as the lighting equipment in a room by a secret electrical lock operation device which is installed out side an entrance, by installing a monitor display part which displays the operation state of the load device such as lighting equipment which is turning- ON/OFF controlled through the ley operation.

CONSTITUTION: When the start switch 32 of a secret electrical lock operation device 3 is operated, the numbers of 0-9 are displayed at random on a secret display part 31 consisting of the touch panel keys in the upper and lower stages. Recognizing this display, a cipher code No. is inputted, and an end key 34 is operated at last, and then the existence of the registration of the inputted cipher code is judged, and after the registration is confirmed, the display part 31 is switched to a monitor display part 31d, and function display is performed. If an LED embedded in a function display window is in lighting, the corresponding load device R is in turned-ON state, while if the LED is in turned-OFF state, it is judged that the corresponding load device R is in turned-OFF state.
