This is a security-and-alarm device, using the electrically openable/closable door body set up at the aperture part of a building. In addition, the security-and-alarm device is provided with a operation switch and control board, which controls the opening/closing of the door body and operates the security-and-alarm device; a detection sensor and an outdoor alarming means which are set up at the aperture part outside the building; and an indoor alarming means set up in a room. The detection sensor, the outdoor alarming means and indoor alarming means are connected electrically via the operation switch and control board, and an alarm is raised from the outdoor alarming means and the indoor alarming means, on the basis of a detecting signal from the detection sensor.
