A seed bag 1 for storing seeds 6 of a plant, composed of a synthetic paper is divided to a seed-inserting part 3 and a notice board part 4 by forming a hermetically sealed sealing part 5, and each thereof is sealed. A perforation 2 for cutting off is formed in the hermetically sealed sealing part 5 so that a user can separate the bag along the perforation 2 for cutting off, and the separated protrusion part 4a connected to the notice board part 4 can be freely inserted into the ground.
