Abstract:
PURPOSE: To promote the strength of a joint section by reinforcing a segment main body with a steel structural material having a flange and a web, and mounting joint metal fittings provided to the ends thereof to a reinforcing steel frame material.
CONSTITUTION: A certain curvature is set in the circumferential direction of a tunnel along the curvature of a segment A in a reinforcing steel frame material reinforcing a main body of the segment A, and a plurality of reinforcing steel frame materials are installed in the circumferential direction of the tunnel. Reinforcing reinforcing bars 2 reinforcing the main body of the segment A are provided around the reinforcing steel frame materials together with the steel frame materials 1. First joint metal fittings 3 are connected to the ends of the reinforcing steel frame material 1 in concretes on both ends in the circumferential direction of the tunnel of the segment A. In correspondence with the first joint metal fittings 3, second joint metal fittings 4 for connecting the segments A and A adjacent to the circumferential direction to each other is connected to the first joint metal fittings 3 with high strength bolts.
