PURPOSE: To obtain the title device capable of preventing penetration of waste rush and relatively simply disassembling by providing plural cases in which an endless band having inserted selecting lug is put in rows and in specific conditions.

CONSTITUTION: Plural cases 13 in which an endless band 12 having inserted selecting lug 11 is put are provided in rows to constitute the objective selecting device. Either side plate 14 of adjacent case 13 is screwed to a lower coupling frame 15 and other side plate 11 is screwed to the upper part of either side plate of adjacent case to facilitate disassembling. Thereby waste rush is discharged from the lower open part without being accumulated in these cases.
