PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fascilitate maintenance and inspection of a member to automatically close a door on a self-closing type door device constituted to automatically close by a signal from a fire alarm even when the door is maintained in an open state.
SOLUTION: An engagement roller 21 provided on a door 1 is engaged with a latch click 24 and the door 1 is maintained in an open state as the latch click 24 is normally pressed downward by a second spring 31. When a firs alarm detects abnormality, a first electromagnetic sole-solenoid 43 works, a first interlocking member 39 is removed and the second spring 31 is separated from the latch click 24. Thereby, engagement of the latch click 24 with the engagement roller 21 is released, and the door 1 is automatically closed. When the second electromagnetic sole-solenoid 45 is driven by remote operation, the latch click 24 returns to its original state through a second interlocking member 48 and the first interlocking member 39, and the door 1 comes to be in a state of ebing maintained in the open state.
