Abstract:
To provide a self-emulsifying preparation for filling a composition having self-emulsifying property in a hard hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) capsule.
The composition contains the oily component (A), a polyhydric alcohol (B), water (C), and an emulsifier (D), and a weight ratio of the water (C)/the polyhydric alcohol (B) is ≥3 pts.wt. of the polyhydric alcohol to 1 pt.wt. of the water. The composition is prepared to fill in the hard HPMC capsule.
