To provide a self-flowing hydraulic composition having excellent fluidity, quick hardening property, working characteristics (high fluidity, long pot life) and hardening characteristics (high strength, high wear resistance).
The self-flowing hydraulic composition comprises: an inorganic component I containing Portland cement A, alumina cement B and gypsum C, wherein the cement ratio by weight of B/(A+B) is 0.4-0.6 and the gypsum ratio by weight of C/(A+B+C) is 0.06 and 0.45; and a copolymer component II comprising a copolymer having weight average molecular weight of 2,000-500,000 and obtained by polymerizing one or more kinds of vinyl monomers (a) expressed by general formula; CH2=C(R1)COO(CH2CH2O)nX (in formula, R1 represents hydrogen atom or methyl group, X represents hydrogen atom or a 1-3C alkyl group and (n) represents average addition molar number of ethylene oxide of 110-150) and one or more kinds of vinyl monomers (b) of water soluble salts of acrylic acid or (metha) acrylic acid so that the ratio (a)/(b) of the monomers by mol becomes (2/98)-(13/87). Blending ratio of copolymer component II to inorganic component 1,100 parts weight is 0.03 to 0.7 parts weight.
