To prevent kerosene from overflowing from an oil tank in transferring kerosene by storing a valve having an air chamber and rockable by its tare weight in an upper tube and a lower tube fittable to the outlet side hose end of a manual hose pump, and installing a baffle plate above the valve.
A valve 1 having an air chamber 5 and rockable by its tare weight is stored in an upper tube 3 and a lower tube 2 fittable to the outlet side hose end of a manual hose pump, and a baffle plate 12 is installed above the valve 1. The air chamber 5 side of the valve 1 is set heavier in weight than the opposite side around a shaft 6, the valve 1 is tilted when kerosene flows in a pipe, and kerosene smoothly flows by the action of the baffle plate 12. When kerosene reaches the upper limit level of an oil tank, the air chamber 5 of the valve 1 is dipped in the oil surface, the tilted valve 1 is floated centering on the shaft 6 by the buoyancy of the air chamber 5, i.e., the valve 1 is closed, thereby the flow of kerosene can be automatically stopped.
