Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a self-sweeping type automatic constant pressure lift valve device where the safety is high in feeding and distributing water, labors can be dispensed with in the management, the size can easily be increased, fixed fine flow passages are removed from a main valve part and a pilot valve part, and the self-sweeping function can be realized by automatically opening the valve in each clogging case.
CONSTITUTION: In a valve box of a main valve part, a main valve driving member 6 is arranged on the downstream side of a valve seat 4, a main valve closing member 5 is arranged on the upstream side, the main valve closing member 5 and sealing members 5s, 24s of a A valve body member 24 of a pilot valve part are made watertight, and the strictness of the watertight performance of a sliding member 12 provided on the main valve driving member 6 is released. An intermediate flow passage of two valve parts of the A-valve part for opening the main valve and of the B-valve part for closing the main valve which is formed in series from the inlet flow passage (a) of the pilot valve part to the outlet flow passage (d) is communicated with a mainvalve driving pressure chamber (e). All fixed fine flow passages are removed from the flow passage of the driving pressurized water, and the self-sweeping flow is generated by automatically actuating the valve in the opening direction in the case of the clogging of sand particles, dusts or the like.
