Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance the easiness in operations by including a bridging aid agent of acrylic compound type and an electroconductivity giving agent in a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, ethylene and fluorine-containing vinyl, irradiating the resultant with electric dissociative radiations, and accomplishing bridging.

CONSTITUTION: A resin compound containing no less than 0.5 parts by weight bridging aid agent of acrylic compound type, an electroconductivity giving agent, and 100 parts by weight copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, ethylene and fluorine-containing vinyl is bridged by irradiating with electric dissociative radiations. This equips a self temp. control heater with a very excellent flexibility as a heater for high temperature. With it the easiness in operations is facilitated very much, tight contact with an object to be heated improved, and the heating efficiency enhanced.
