Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and safety by achieving a smoothing of running and stopping operations in a self-traveling type wagon.
SOLUTION: One end of a rod 7 is connected to a rotary shaft 4 of an operation rod 3 through a crank lever 6 and switching bases 9 and 10 are arranged at the other end of the rod 7. Limit switches 11, 12 and 13 are arranged in proximity to the switching base 9 while a limit switch 14 is disposed in proximity to the switching base 10. Moreover, coil springs 15, 16 and 17 are mounted on the perimeter of the rod 7 to switch the rotary torque of a rotating shaft 4 by stages corresponding to changes in the position of the operation rod 3. When the operation rod 3 is operated, the changes in the position are detected by the switching bases 9 and 10 and the limit switches 11-14. A motor attached on a body is controlled to advance, retract or stop the body.
