Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-welding insulated wire which is the self-welding insulating wire for manufacturing a coil for a deflection yoke or the like by which the coil having a shape close to a winding metal mold dimension can be manufactured, the manufactured coil has superior heat deformation resistance at a high temperature, and it is possible to obtain the coil having high adhesiveness between wires.
SOLUTION: A resin component which is prepared by adding two to ten parts by weight of high-melting point nylon resin having a melting point of 200 to 300°C with respect to 100 parts by weight of copolymer polyamide having a melting point of 105 to 150°C, such as 66 nylon, 46 nylon is dissolved into organic solvent so as to form coating. The coating is applied directly or via other insulation onto a conductor and is baked, so as to form a welding layer as an outermost layer to obtain a self-welding insulating wire.
