Abstract:
To improve efficiency of bolt fastening work and establish automated and paperless quality management by manufacturing and applying an improved high-strength bolt with no pin tail to a wide variety of structures in a troublesome work environment at a construction site.SOLUTION: A bolt fastening management system 100 comprises: a nut runner (fastening tool) 2 for fastening a bolt on the basis of a previously set fastening condition; a bar code reader (reading device) 3 for reading a bar code (code information) BC obtained by coding the fastening condition; and a controller 1 for setting the fastening condition. The bar code BC is set so as to correspond to an address (fastening target area) of each of a bolt group having the same fastening condition. The controller 1 sets a fastening condition corresponding to a bar code BC read by the bar code reader 3 and records a work result of bolt fastening work in a work history table 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
