PURPOSE: To prevent flowing out of a bonding agent to the contacting part of a semi-coaxial type resonator and a central conductor and to improve the surface contact pressure, by installing a reservoir groove of the bonding agent to the central conductor in the direction of the central axis of the conductor or around the tapped hole for the conductor.
CONSTITUTION: At the contacting surface 6 of a metallic box body 1 and central conductor 2, a groove 8 is installed to the conductor 2 side and in the direction of the central axis 10 of the conductor 2. A bonding agent is applied on the surface of a threaded part 3 installed to one end of the central conductor 2 and the threaded part 3 is screwed into a tapped hole installed to the inner surface of the box body 1. In this case, excessive bonding agent is collected in the groove 8 and does not flow out to the contacting surface 6. Because of the groove 8 installed in the direction of the central axis 10 of the central conductor 2, the strength of the central conductor 2 itself is improved and, in addition, the surface contacting pressure can be increased since an incomplete threaded part 7 can be provided.
