The semiconductive elastic layer which is made by curing the curable composition which indispensably consists of an oxyalkylene polymer (A) such as oxypropylene polymer having at least one alkenyl group capable of hydro-silylation reaction in the molecule, a compound (B) having at least two hydrosilyl group in the molecule such as polyorganohydrodiene siloxane, a hydro-silylation catalyst (C) and a metallic salt (D), preferably, an alkali metal salt such as lithium salt is formed.
