A first voltage VDD is supplied from a first terminal to a first analog circuit 150, which is driven by a DC voltage. A voltage AVDD equal to the first voltage VDD is supplied from a second terminal to a second analog circuit 152, which is driven at a first drive frequency. A second voltage VD1 is supplied from a voltage generating means 62 to a digital circuit 154, which is driven at a second drive frequency higher than the first drive frequency. A level shifter 156 shifting the level of a signal which is inputted and outputted between the first and second analog circuits 150, 152, and the digital circuit 154 is arranged between the first and second analog circuits 150, 152 and the digital circuit 154.
