Abstract:
To address an issue that reduction of the power consumption is not sufficient in an existing semiconductor device.SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device according to an embodiment, a memory cell is controlled so that operation processing is stopped so that charge and discharge of charges for a data line is stopped for a part where an output value can be determined without performing information processing according to values stored in a memory cell and also so that information processing involving charge and discharge of charges for a data line can be properly performed for a part including a part where an output value needs to be determined by information processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
