To easily and accurately discriminate whether an IC mounted as a microprocessor IC or a memory IC on the substate of a game machine is replaced with a wrong IC or not.
A first semiconductor chip 5 connected to a lead frame 3 and a second semiconductor chip 7 connected to a coil 6 are provided, and individual parts are integrated into one body by resin molding, and one end 3a of the lead frame 3 is exposed to the outside. The first semiconductor chip 5 corresponds to a conventional ROM taking partial charge of control of the game machine and controls the game machine through the lead frame 3. The second semiconductor chip 7 stores an ID code and transmits the ID code to an external device through the coil 6 by an electromagnetic induction system. Consequently, the ID code is acquired with the IC mounted on the substrate without contacting and is collated to easily discriminate whether the IC is a wrong IC or not.
