Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device including a global line group that corresponds to each of a plurality of word line selection units, the plurality of word line selection units sharing one block selection unit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device 100 is provided that comprises: a plurality of memory cell blocks 110a and 110b; a plurality of word line selection units 120a and 120b that correspond to the plurality of memory cell blocks 110a and 110b; one block selection unit 130 that provides a drive signal to the electrically connected word line selection units 120a and 120b, and is shared by the word line selection units 120a and 120b; a plurality of global line groups GL0 and GL1 that has a plurality of signal lines providing a voltage signal to the word line selection units 120a and 120b, respectively, and is provided between the block selection unit 130 and the word line selection units 120a and 120b; and a control switch that is responsive to the drive signal to control operations of the memory cell blocks 110a and 110b.
