PURPOSE: To save number of external terminals for switching and to make a package small sized by forming a changeover circuit in the inside of the integrated circuit.

CONSTITUTION: First and 2nd bias circuits 2, 3 are provided in the inside to control a DC voltage of a high frequency signal inputted from an input terminal 1 thereby allowing TFFs 6, 7 to act like 1/2 frequency dividers or to pass through their input signal, and then 1/2 frequency division of each TFF is combined to attain three kinds of frequency division (1/2, 1/4, 1/8) similarly to the case with a conventional circuit employing switching terminals. Thus, the changeover of three kinds of frequency divider ratios is attained by the voltage control of the input signal and two external control terminals required for the conventional circuit are saved to miniaturize the package.
