Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the semiconductor integrated circuit which performs normal operation and secures an optimum write time regardless of the frequency of an externally inputted clock signal.
CONSTITUTION: When a charge pump 10 supplies a write voltage Vpp to a memory array 1, a switching circuit 18 selects and supplies a clock signal &phiv 2, generated by an oscillation circuit 11 and a clock signal generating circuit 17, to a control circuit 11 and a timer 12. When the charge pump 10 does not supplies the write voltage Vpp to the memory array 1, on the other hand, the clock signal &phiv 1 which is supplied from outside is selected and supplied to the control circuit 11 and timer 12.
