To provide a circuit for dividing a voltage effective for operation with a lower power source with a plurality of resistors.
The semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with a voltage output circuit including a node 1 to output a desired voltage between a high potential terminal and a low potential terminal to a node 2. In the semiconductor integrated circuit provided with a resistor R1 with the one end connected to the high potential terminal and the other end connected to the node 3, a resistor R2 with the one end to the node 3 and the other end to the node 2, a resistor R3 with the one end to the node 2 and the other end to the node 4, a resistor R4 with the one end to the node 4 and the other end to the low potential terminal, a P type transistor Mp1 with a gate terminal to the node 1, a source terminal to the high potential terminal, and a drain terminal to the node 3, and an N type transistor Mn1 with the gate terminal to the node 1, the source terminal to the low potential terminal, and the drain terminal to the node 4. In this case, stable operation can be attained even under a lower voltage condition by varying an output voltage of the circuit for dividing the voltage with a plurality of resistances.
