Title:
SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2953119
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit in which its operation is stabilized while enhancing a large scale capacity and accelerating a speed.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of first and second spare address comparators corresponding to a plurality of spare cells have a first output circuit 1242 for digitally judging whether it is a spare address or not, and a second output circuit 124 for relatively or analogously determining which of the spare cells is nearest the spare address irrespective of the digital result and before the digital result is obtained. The output of the circuit 124 is used as control information for connecting pieces of information of first, second sense amplifiers to a third data line, and the output of the circuit 124 is used as control information for controlling whether information of which cell of the plurality of first, second spare cells, is read to the first, second data lines or not.
