Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a semiconductor integrated circuit including a differential amplifier circuit in which crosstalk between internal wirings is decreased, generation of noise is suppressed and the S/N is improved, by adopting strip line structure for the input signal wiring to the differential amplifier circuit.

CONSTITUTION: Wirings 23∼25 insulated by an insulating layer 22 are provided onto a semiconductor substrate 21. The wiring 23 is a wiring through which a clock signal is transmitted, the wiring 25 is an input signal wiring, and the wiring 24 is a wiring connected to an inverting input terminal of the differential amplifier circuit. The wiring 24 having similar shape as the wiring 15 is arranged on the input signal wiring 25. Then, stray capacitances C11, C12 formed among the wirings 23, 24 and 25 respectively are formed approximately equal. That is, the amount of leakage of a signal from the clock signal input wiring 23 is equal nearly to each other. The differential amplifier circuit amplifies the difference of the leaked amount and when the amount of leakage is equal nearly, the difference of the leakage amount is nearly zero and then no noise is outputted. Thus, the crosstalk is eliminated equivalently.
