Abstract:
To improve sensitivity and space resolution by closely arranging semiconductors by holding minimum a dead space generated when a signal line is pulled out from an electrode.
The semiconductor radiation detector 1 includes a semiconductor element 2, an anode electrode 3 mounted on one side of the semiconductor element 2, and a cathode electrode 4 mounted on another side of the semiconductor 2. A signal line 5 is formed in the anode electrode 3. The signal line 5 extending from the anode electrode 3 is connected to an X-axis wiring 12. Another signal line 13 is formed in the cathode electrode 4. The signal line 13 extending straight from the cathode electrode 4 is connected to the Y axis wiring 14.
