Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact sensor device that can accurately measure the amount of a detection object contained in a material to be measured.SOLUTION: A sensor device comprises: a substrate including a rectangular plate-like base 20 that has a concave part 20a provided in a first surface 20b, and a pair of wall parts 21 that are arranged along opposing two sides of the first surface 20b; a first lid body that is arranged to cover the substrate between the pair of wall parts 21, the first lid body including a first opposing surface opposed to the substrate having light reflectivity, where the first opposing surface defines a passage 6 through which a material to be measured pass together with the first surface 20b and opposing surfaces 21a of the pair of wall parts 21; a light emitting element 3 that is accommodated in the concave part 20a and emits light toward the passage 6; and a light receiving element 4 that is accommodated in the concave part 20a and receives scattered light from a detection object contained in the material to be measured that passes through the passage 6 and reflected light from the first lid body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
