Abstract:
To provide a sensor that can be effectively used to sense light with an infrared ray wavelength spectrum of 1000 nm or more, and an electronic device including the sensor.SOLUTION: A sensor includes a first electrode 110 including a reflection layer, a second electrode 120 facing the first electrode 110, and a light absorption layer 130 existing between the first electrode 110 and the second electrode 120. The light absorption layer 130 has a first light absorption spectrum having an absorption peak in a first infrared wavelength region, and a second light absorption spectrum having an absorption peak in a second infrared wavelength region that is longer wavelength region than the first infrared wavelength region, and having lower absorption intensity than the first light absorption spectrum. The sensor exhibits the external quantum efficiency (EQE) spectrum amplified in the second infrared wavelength region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
