PURPOSE: To separate sheetform synthetic resin molded products with a high efficiency by pressing a plurality of synthetic resin molded product trains, arranged in a direction extending at right angles with a conveying direction, from a side by means of a first separating device, and circulating a plurality of the containing parts of a second separating device between the containing position and the take-out position of the moulded product train.

CONSTITUTION: A first separating device 3 is driven, synthetic resin molded prod trains L1-L3 are pressed by a press plate 32, and the molded prod trains L1-L3 are sheared and separated from subsequent molded product trains L4-L6. After the molded prod trains L1-L3 are separated, they are fed to a second separating device 4 by means of a conveyor 43. When the molded prod trains L1-L3 are received by a conveying part 41 of a device 4, the front molded product train L1 is contained in a containing part 45a in a topmost position T by means of coneyors 42-43. When the molded product train L1 is contained in the containing part 45a, the conveyor 42 is stopped once, and the containing part 45a is rotated from the position T in the direction a take-out position M through rotation of a drive shaft 46. The rotation causes shearing and separation of the molded prod train L1 in the containing part 45a from the subsequent molded prod train L2.
