Abstract:
To provide a separating system for liquefied natural gas composed of a simple facility and capable of changing compositions of low boiling point component and a high boiling point component in response to change of operating conditions.
The liquefied natural gas is sent to a carburetor 100 from a storage tank, and it is vaporized to an ordinary temperature by the vaporizer 100. The liquefied natural gas flowing in a passage 1 is mixed with vaporized natural gas flowing in a passage 2 at a mixer 200. Mixed liquid flowing in a passage 3 is led into a demethanizing tower 300 middle level, methane enriched gas is distilled from a tower top, and ethane, propane, and butane are distilled from a tower bottom.
