Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation recovery method favorable in separability of tellurium and platinum group elements, high in reaching rate of tellurium and platinum group elements and high in recovery rates thereof.SOLUTION: A separation recovery method for selenium, tellurium and platinum group elements includes: an oxidation-roasting process of selectively volatilizing selenium by heating a roasting raw material under an oxidative atmosphere; an alkali leaching process of leaching tellurium by adding an oxidation-roasting residue to an alkali solution; an alkali fusion process of adding an alkaline material flux to an alkali leaching residue to perform heat-fusion; and a hydrochloric acid oxidation-leaching process of adding an oxidant and hydrochloric acid to an alkali fusion material to leach the platinum group elements. The method is characterized by: making tellurium leach in pH 13 or higher by suspending the oxidation-roasting residue in the alkali solution, and recovering a leachate and a leaching residue including the platinum group elements in the alkali leaching process; and heating the mixture of the alkali leaching residue and the flux at 350-500°C to perform the alkali fusion in the alkali fusion process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
