To provide a plastic-made separator for a fuel cell excellent in gas barrier properties and its manufacturing method and equipment, as well as a fuel cell using it.
Provided is the separator for a fuel cell provided with at least either a first layer having a groove part to be a fuel gas flow channel or a second layer having a groove part to be an oxidant gas flow channel with a composition of the first layer of 300 to 800 pts.wt. of carbon to 100 pts.wt. of polyamide resin, and that of the second layer of 300 to 800 pts.wt. of carbon to 100 pts.wt. of polyester copolymer resin, wherein a mean particle size (a median size) of the above carbon is to be 10 to 100 μm, and an aspect ratio (a major axis to a minor axis) of the same is to be 1 to 10.
