Abstract:
To provide a separator for a fuel cell with a gas flow channel formed by applying etching treatment on a metal plate hardly broken, thin, and excellent in gas mobility, and its manufacturing method as well as a fuel cell using it.
Provided is the separator for a fuel cell 1' equipped with a gas flow channel, consisting of an Fe-Ni group alloy containing Ni by 35.5 to 36.5% (mass%) and the rest of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein an arithmetical mean roughness (Ra) (JISB0601) of the gas flow channel surface is to be 0.80 μm or less, and a ratio (Rz/Ra) of a ten-point average of roughness (Rz) (JISB0601) to an arithmetical mean roughness (Ra) (JISB0601) is to be 12.0 or less.
