PURPOSE: To prevent confusion or delay in the communication of a packet of other call not in relation to the reversing of order by applying sequence control for each call.
CONSTITUTION: A packet exchange network consists of a data transmission terminal equipment 100, a reception terminal equipment 400, a transmission exchange station 200 accommodating the transmission terminal equipment 100 and a reception exchange station 300 accommodating the reception terminal equipment 400. Thus the sequence number according to the transmission sequence is added for each call to apply packet sequence control and a sequence control wait timer TSQN1 22 is given for each call. Thus, even if the reverse of sequence is caused is packets of a call, the transmission of the packet of the call is executed without any effect onto the control of the packets of other call quickly and no delay is caused.
