Abstract:
To provide a serious accident determination technique for enhancing reliability by improving the accuracy of state determination of an emergency state that may lead to a serious accident of a plant.SOLUTION: A serious accident determination device 10 includes: a database 20 that holds a determination criterion 25 for classifying 21 events caused by accidents of a plant 11 and for performing level category 22 and defining states of the events to be developed; an association unit 12 that associates a process value 30 of the plant 11 with the determination criterion 25 and holds data in a data holding unit 15; a determination unit 16 that, based on the process value 30, determines whether or not the determination criterion 25 has been reached; and an output unit 17 that outputs and displays the classification 21 of an event that has reached the determination criterion 25 and the level category 22 of the situation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
